Southern Series Volumes 14-16 (1989-1998)

Sharing these compilation series is always a balancing act for me. I want people to be able to collect my east coast 12 inch series in a relatively short period of time. On the other hand I find myself ignoring other series that probably deserve more shine than they get. Case in point, my southern series. Today we’ve got volumes 14-16 up for grabs. There’s a good mix between boom bap and gangster rap so keep your minds open and your ears tuned.

A quick note about the cut by Papa Chuk on volume 16. It’s from a tape single which I think was his 1st release. His album doesn’t include either track from his tape single so don’t sleep on this one. I hope these compilations are to your liking. Let me know what’s good and if you want to hear any of the full releases these selections are culled from. Enjoy!
